Bear Creek and Quail Run RV Parks

There are two RV parks located within White Bluff Resort.

Bear Creek RV Park, located at the end of Whisper Drive, has electrical and water hook-ups but does not have sewer connections at each site.  However, a dump station is provided.

Quail Run RV Park, located across from North Lake off of Whitecrest Drive, has full hook-ups - water, sewer and electricity at all sites.

Available by reservation on a first come, first serve basis.

If space becomes limited, then the guest would be required to forfeit the space and make it available to a Property Owner. This will be determined by the last guest in, first guest to leave.

Reservations must be made ahead of time. Reservations may be made by property owners up to 90 days in advance.  Payment in full must accompany the reservation request.  Your check must be received by the White Bluff POA office seven days prior to the reservation.  Reservations may be cancelled up at minimum 3 days prior to the first night's stay.  A reservation not cancelled is forfeited. Guests may not make reservations.

Camping at both parks is on a first come, first served basis.  No guests are allowed space on Major Holiday weekends.  Property Owners and Guests are charged $20.00 per night.

Reservations can be made by calling the White Bluff Property Owners Association at 254-694-9276, 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday. The reservation fee must be received at White Bluff seven days prior to the date the reservation is requested. If the fee is not received, the reservation will be canceled.

No refunds will be authorized on canceled reservations. If a reservation is canceled more than three days prior to the first night's stay, a “Rain Check” will be issued.  An advanced paid reservation fee guarantees you will have a space in an RV park, but not a particular camping site in the park.

Rules and Regulations
