POA Credits Transfers
POA Credits can be transferred between property owners, or from a property owner to a non-property owner.
The process to transfer these credits is as follows:
Go to the White Bluff Resort website.
Under the MEMBERS column, click on Credits.
Log on. If you don't know your username and password, you can call Double Diamond Customer Service at 1-800-324-7438 and they will give you the information.
At that point, you can click on one link to see existing interested buyers and sellers, or another link to have your name added to the current list of interested parties.
It is then up to you to make contact with another interested party, and to agree on price.
At that point, the seller should go back to the Credits page and click to get a copy of the Transfer Form. Complete it, then email, fax, or snail mail it to Double Diamond. They will then transfer the credits.
The agreement is essentially a "gentlemen's agreement", in the sense that the buyer is relying on the seller to complete the Transfer Form, and the seller is relying on the buyer to mail the agreed upon payment.
The above process is for transferring only the resort Credits, not the rounds of golf. To transfer golf rounds, call the Pro Shop at 694-0303 or 694-0304 to discuss the best method for your circumstances.
